Can I ship to P.O. Box?
At this time we are not able to ship to any P.O. Box.

At this time, we are unable to ship orders to the states listed below.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  We recommend visiting the manufacturer's website for additional retailers who may be able to support you.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not ship internationally.

How soon is my order shipped?
Generally, all products are ready to ship within 1-2 days from the time the order is placed; however custom or hand assembled items may take longer. When items are requested to ship expedited, they are shipped with the expedited service once the item is picked, packed and ready to ship.  However, some items will display longer ship times if the inventory shows it is not in-stock and those will most likely be shipped within a week.

Next Day Air and 2nd Day Shipping?
Generally, items that are shipped air will be shipped on the next business day for Next Day Air and on the 2nd Business Day for 2nd Day Shipping service.  Keep in mind that this is once the item is picked, packed and ready to ship.

How do I check the status of my order?
When you place an order you will have an account at QuoizelLighting-Online.com. You will be able to change personal information and check the recent status of any order using the "My Account" feature.

How can I cancel an order?
There are several ways you can cancel your order that has not yet shipped. You can cancel any order by emailing customer service at [email protected]QuoizelLighting-Online.com or by calling 1-855-340-3147. However, you cannot cancel an order if the order has already been picked and shipped.
