Can I ship to P.O. Box?
At this time we are not able to ship to any P.O. Box.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only accept orders from within the United States and Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Where is my order shipping from?
Because we offer a wide variety of products, we do not stock all inventory items. However, we work very closely with our suppliers and most of the time the product will be shipped directly from them to you so the product is shipped to you faster.
How soon is my order shipped?
Generally, all products are ready to ship within 1 day from the time the order is placed. However, some items will display longer ship times if the inventory shows it is not in-stock and those will most likely be shipped within a week.
How much does shipping cost?
If your order collectively totals over $39 and all products are shipping to the same address, shipping is FREE regardless of how many packages are shipped! Free Shipping is either Ground or Freight (if your package is considered oversized). Freight deliveries are to curbside only. Any order under $39 is charged a flat shipping and handling fee. The best shipping method will be determined by using any ground carrier, but limited to, FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.
How do I check the status of my order?
When you place an order you will have an account at QuoizelLighting-Online.com. You will be able to change personal information and check the recent status of any order using the "My Account" feature.
How can I cancel an order?
There are several ways you can cancel your order that has not yet shipped. You can cancel any order by emailing customer service at [email protected]QuoizelLighting-Online.com or by calling 1-800-921-4162. However, you cannot cancel an order if the order has already been picked and shipped.
